ONTARIO, OH - Richland County Law Enforcement Appreciation Day will take place Tuesday, August 15th from 4:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. at O'Charleys on 1335 N. Lexington-Springmill Road in Ontario.

The event will feature upwards of 12 law enforcement agencies who will be presenting Hands On & Public Safety Displays and K-9 Demonstrations. 

The event is also a Classic Car, Truck, and Motorcycle cruise-in. 

Sergeant and Professional Race-car driver Bill Chaffin will be in attendance with his safe driving message.

"My goal is to try and raise at least $1,000 for each agency." Said Jeff Rickel, event coordinator.

Local elected officials will be in attendance and a silent auction will be held, along with a DJ and food options.

    Ashland University's Coburn Gallery will be hosting two exhibitions, the 2017 AU Senior Art Exhibition as well as a ceramic works exhibition by Cleveland artists Stephanie Craig and Todd Leech, from November 30 to December 17, 2017.
