UPDATE: Bank Robbery Suspect Marty E. Taylor Arrested

MANSFIELD, OH - The Mansfield Police Department have announced they have made an arrest in relation to the previous bank robberies at Richland Bank located at 50 Marion Avenue and Firstmerit Bank, located at 100 Park Avenue West.

Marty Eugene Taylor was arrested at a residence on Helen Avenue. He was arrested on warrants for Aggravated Robbery out of the Mansfield Police Department, and a federal Probation Violation warrant by the United States Marshal's Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force. Taylor was arrested without incident. 

Although the Mansfield Police Department do not anticipate any additional arrests at this time, The Major Crimes Detectives, along with the FBI continue to follow up additional information as the investigation is ongoing.
