Missing Ontario Teen, Cissali Johnson, Found Safe

ONTARIO, OH – Missing teen Cissali Johnson was located on April 14, 2017.

16-year-old Johnson had been reported as being a runaway by her father, her custodial parent, On January 2.

Charles Town West Virginia Police Department contacted Richland County Sheriff’s Office on April 14, and said that they had Johnson in their custody.

She was found in Charles Town West Virginia at her biological mother's house.

She was transported back to this county by her father and taken to the Richland County Attention Center on an active warrant through Richland County Juvenile Court for Habitually Disobedient (Incorrigible or Runaway).

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend special thanks to the following agencies that all had a part in locating Johnson:
