Rex Raymond Caudill, 62, of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born September 11, 1955, in Mansfield, Ohio, and was an area resident his entire life.

 

Rex was employed as a welder at several area factories. Loved by all who knew him, Rex was very giving and generous. He could be a bit stubborn at times, but always had your best interests at heart. Fishing was his passion and he indulged his joy any where and any time he could find.  

 

He is survived by a sister, Cindy (Carl) Karney; brothers, Chris (Sharon) Caudill and John Caudill; sister-in-law, Karen Caudill; children, Billy and Ben Caudill; several grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Viola (Au) Caudill and brother, Robert Caudill.

 

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, November 27, 2017, at Mansfield Memorial Park, 2507 Park Avenue West, Ontario, followed by a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
